A little overwhelming with information on first visit

Angie is the most caring and wonderful doctor. She always makes you feel like you are the most important person. She has been taking care of my family for l believe over 20 years and we do not want to go to anyone else. We love her.

Angie is so positive and encouraging. Very compassionate and caring. So thankful for her.

The wait time for an x-ray & blood work was about 20 minutes and neither one of them had a prior patient

Everyone is really nice and patient. I was late for my appointment, but they still fit me right in within a few minutes.

Sweet lady, love her care and personal attention

Blood draw was not good experience .. I am an easy stick .. have always been : felt like first two girls were "practicing" .. they both couldn't find vein .. it was uncomfortable .. had to tell them it was hurting too much .. third girl got vein immediately .. too much giggling and laughing and not enough acknowledgement that I was uncomfortable .. unfortunate part of an otherwise wonderful visit with Angie !!!!

I always have a positive experience when I go to First Health Family Medicine - Whispering Pines. Ms. Angie Hounsell is always so courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in my care. As long as she's practicing medicine near Sanford, I will follow her because I trust her. Also, all staff members with whom I came in contact (Ms. Candace, Ms. Ebony, and the lady who was with EMS who was helping out and studying to be a PA) were so nice, professional, and helpful.
