Kim was excellent at both the front office check-in and in room as she was helping keep appointments on time. Friendly and personable. Angie listened carefully to my concerns and health desires. Worked with me to navigate options and what insurance will cover. Always considerate, personable, and follows up on what she says she will put in for me.

I feel it's unfortunate that First Health has taken the position that if you bring up a question or concern during an annual wellness exam, that that has to be now be addressed as a separate appointment, which is exactly what I did, and luckily it could be done virtually. But thinking about those who do not have the ability to get to your facility a second time, who have mobility issues, transportation issues, this seems like an unfortunate and poor decision.

Angie Hounsell is a great doctor. She's patient, she listens, she inquires, and she acts. And I like that. I'd follow her anywhere. Thank you.

In my 71 years of life I have never had a PCP as thorough as Angie. She is very caring, and I can't say enough about how comfortable she makes me feel and explains everything so that I understand. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. The nurse and lab tech were also very pleasant. It was a positive experience all around.

Her office staff went out of their way to help me locate the correct address for my follow up tests. Ebony is the best phlebotomist I have encountered. I am 74, have lived in 7 cites. She is the best!
