Dr. Dickerson received her medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed her internship and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Dickerson is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and also a member of the North Carolina Medical Society. Her special interests include laparoscopy and acupuncture. Dr. Dickerson speaks fluent Spanish.

Previously held teaching appointments at Duke, Campbell University. She is currently an adjunct professor at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill School of Medicine.

I had a very pleasant experience with the provider and her staff. I have visited several different clinics and although my experiences with other clinics was nice but this experience as a first time patient was exceptional. I left not weighed down by what was going to happen next time I actually left with understanding and knowledge about my health. I just can't say enough it's always important to a patient to be heard and respected and that is what I receive!! Professionalism was off the chart !

It was great. Dr. Dickerson always listen to me. She cares about my well being. She gives you her opinion and try to help in anyway she can. Such a caring person. She doesn't rush you, she listens!

Andrea Dickerson, I've been seeing her for a few years. It's always been great having her. She listens very well. She's very courteous. She's very welcoming. If that's not weird to say, it feels like you're really speaking to someone who really cares, almost like family or a close friend. And so I'll continue to see her because I feel like she really listens to my needs and gets more thorough than previous gynecologists or just doctors in general have.

My appointments have always been pleasant from check-in, the lab dept, and at check-out. It's always a great experience with Dr. Dickerson. She is thoughtful, thorough, and trustworthy. She provides kindness, patience, and comfort with a smile. I feel at ease sending my mother, daughters, daughter-in-aw, niece, and sisters to her.
