Dr. Andre F. Hall was born in Reading, Pennsylvania, and spent his childhood on the island of St. Croix in the United States Virgin Islands.
He graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1992. During medical school, Dr. Hall was recognized with the award for excellence in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Hall completed his internship and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, in 1996. While at Duke, he was recognized as the resident demonstrating the greatest accomplishment in the art and practice of gynecologic surgery.
In 1996, Dr. Hall joined the private practice of Dr. Melvin Henderson, which later became Birth and Women’s Care, PA. He became board certified by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in 1998 and went on to serve as the sole owner of the practice.
Dr. Hall provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal and postpartum care, high-risk pregnancy management, preventive women’s health services, contraceptive counseling, menopause care, and gynecologic surgery with a focus on minimally invasive techniques.
In February 2026, Birth and Women’s Care, PA joined FirstHealth, allowing Dr. Hall to continue caring for patients as part of an integrated health system while maintaining the personalized approach his patients have trusted for decades.
