All of the nurses and receptionists had excellent service. However, I don't think that any doctor or provider should be using AI to just transcribe any and at all of their patients' cases in any circumstance. Also, I think it's ridiculous that I was not provided a, being given a test to see what viral inflection I could have had and still have. I was just sent with antibiotics and steroids and left. I was given a breathing treatment, which was nice, but even though an x-ray was possible, it wasn't provided, even though it could have helped with something, if something had been a lot more serious. That's all.

Both my provider and the staff were amazing. Very sympathetic to my symptoms and friendly. My provider listened and talked through a plan of care for me. This is the only urgent care I will use going forward!! They actually care about people!

Everyone, from the receptionist, assistant/nurse to the doctor were friendly, professional and caring.
