Excellent experience from check in through check out. Staff members were engaged in their work, which makes a difference to patients.

From start to finish, each person I came in contact with was phenomenal. I was checked in with a smile, seen with a quickness and appropriate concern. Bedside manner was friendly, calm and caring by all and I was seen in a timely manner and left satisfied with care.

Miscommunication with X-ray person so wait for an X-ray was too long. But very apologetic about the confusion. Apparently some new things were happening with the staff on this particular day.
