The provider was very ice and relatable

Had walk-in appointment during work hours. From check-in, vitals, review of medications, input of issue, labs and seen by practitioner. Seamless efficiency throughout encounter. I had a clear understanding of process and what to expect and where to go to pick up prescription. Felt like a VIP, refreshing to see excellent patient care these days. I would highly recommend using facility.

Whenever I asked the doctor, she could retire me admiring, she said yes for my pain, and she never did. So yeah, I don't know what's going on with that, but.

This was my second time going to this particular Dr's office. Both time I was treated timely, with great respect and curteously. The convenient location is not the only reason I have chosen this office. I like kind familiar faces and though some are new to me, all were very professionally proficient and kind with smiles. Thank you.

Excellent care

America was our Doctor and she has cared for a couple of my children over the past couple of years. She is very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. We always have a good experience here and I hope they keep up the great work. It's a peace of mind place to go when we can't get to the pediatrician.

The experience could have been better. The receptionist was great and she made the experience pleasant to begin with. Being called back was not an issue. It became an issue after I saw the assistant to the doctor. I mentioned to her what I needed which was a muscle relaxer for my back and she recommended a shot which I agreed with. Once she left, I had to wait over an hour in the room before anyone came back to assist me. The person that finally came in was someone different so I never saw the assistant that originally saw me. The lady was very apologetic but I can tell I was forgotten about and she was trying to make up for it. To make matters worse, the pharmacy that my medication was sent to was closed by tbe time I was released so I jad to wait until the next day to get my medication. Had I not been in the back for over an hour, I would have had plenty of time to get my medication from Hoke pharmacy. It was a horrible experience.

It took a very long time for the doctor to see us.

The service was excellent, it exceeded my expectations, I am very grateful to the team.
