Everyone was friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered.

The check-in was not the best, we had already filled out everything online and noted we did not have insurance etc & the staff member who checked us in ignored all this and preceded to ask us for the insurance card & really went out of her way to keep asking questions that were already answered and noted in the record. As the first person we have to speak with her actions set a negative tone. Thankfully everyone after the check in was kind, courteous and respectful.
