I was looking for another provider due to the one I was seeing invalidating my issues and not listening to my needs. I'm so glad I gave this place another try. I came to this location when it was Lakeview urgent care and left then due to who was a provider. I am very pleased with my doctor and nurse now! She listened to all my needs and cared about how I was feeling and wanted to help me feel comfortable how ever she could.

We love the staff at Elite Care and we absolutely love Dr. Hagbarth.

My provider was very knowledgeable, confident, caring, and took the time to listen, and she did not feel rushed at all.

It was my first visit with Dr. Hackbarth so I had to tell her about my medical history but she was a great listener and explained things thoroughly to me. Furthermore, she put together a plan to figure out what's going on with me that I'm very happy with! Since it was my first visit I don't know if the really long wait time is normal but at the end of the day Dr. Hackbarth was worth the wait! I would rather wait for a doctor who is very indepth and thorough than be rushed and not listened to! Lastly, Dr. Hackbarth was knowledgeable, kind and understanding and she did apologize for the long wait!
