I love this provider!! She is an amazing doctor and listens really well. I use to be a patient of hers while in residency. She listened and put all my worries to ease then and even more so now. I feel like she never judged me or looked down on me. I will gladly drive the hour away to see her

I really felt comfortable and heard while talking to my provider. This was my first time meeting my new provider and I feel confident that I will receive the best care possible from this practice.

The reason for the provider did not have my medical history was as this was my first visit.

Great experience other than one thing, my nurse never introduced herself and her badge was turned. I noticed later that all the nurses had their badges turned and I couldn't see their names. Other than that great time.

The only reason I answered "Yes, mostly" to the provider knowing my med history is because I was a new patient. She asked great questions to get a good medical background on me and also did a thorough MEDREC and was able to easily equate my medications with my medical history. She made me feel like I mattered and not rushed. Wonderful, knowledgeable, and EXCELENT Provider! I highly recommend her and the practice. All were great!

I was checking in, the girl who was checking me in kept jumping in between what information she needed from me and the two girls that was behind her about phones and stuff like that, you know, and what they did over the weekend, and then she would come back to me and ask me questions. I would have just preferred to have had her 100% full attention. That was technically the only bad experience that I had was the two girls that were sitting in the back. I had the person that was checking me in's attention more than what I did.

Everyone was absolutely amazing and I look forward to being a patient there for the foreseeable future!!

I was able to get into the room really fast. The nurse was really kind and patient with me. And she was listening to everything that I had to tell. And then Dr. Hackbarth was great. I recommend her to everyone. She listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond to explaining things and to work with me with the concerns that I had. And I just love this clinic and I recommend it to everyone I know.

Dr Harkbarth is absolutely wonderful and is exactly what a primary care doctor should be. She listened carefully to the issues/questions I had and educated me on my options. She brought up preventative healthcare and exercise - examples of her dedication to her patients' overall and long term health, rather than simply the issues they come in with.
