Dr Young was excellent. Very compassionate, and careful about pain management during the procedure. She did a great job, even though it wasn't as easy as she made it sound.

Alysa Young, NP IS EXTREMELY nice and capable. I would recommend her to anyone.

Front desk could do a little bit better as far as being attentive and greeting when the clients walk in. When I got there, there was nobody in the checkout area. The lady to the left was eating a donut and the other girl was on her phone. They never spoke and I stood there at the check-in for maybe five to ten minutes waiting for somebody to at least knowledge. to at least acknowledge that I was standing there and nobody did. Eventually, the girl came from the back on her personal cell phone and waved her finger one second and walked back out. The other lady continued to eat her donut and the other lady continued to sit on her phone. I don't think that was professional.

I had the best experience with my daughter. Thank you front desk ladies, nurses, and our incredible provider for being so kind and helpful. We are very thankful for you and your time. You went above and beyond helping me navigate yesterday's appointment with twin toddlers.

The place was busy when I arrived, and it took about an hour and a half to see the dr. That was acceptable, but it would be nice if it was faster. Overall I was quite satisfied with the service I received. Thank you.

I have an infection. They took a sample of my urine. It was supposed to be 24 to 48 hours and I haven't heard anything and it's been three days. So I don't know what's going on, why they haven't posted it. Maybe it's on my side that I'll have to get back a hold of them because nobody has told me what my results are on my urine sample. I still have the same problem, but it has not gone away. Hopefully we can resolve this.
