Entire staff was friendly and comforting. Treating physician was spectacular!! I only hope she's available when I come back to get these stitches removed. I am not a big, run to a doctor person but this experience was so much better than anticipated. Thanks to everyone!

My experience coming into the convenience care center was great. Alysa Young, her nurse, and the front desk staff were all welcoming, professional, and attentive. The visit was efficient, and I felt well cared for from start to finish.

Everyone was very helpful and considerate and friendly.

Glad someone in first health system cared. First Health pain management dropped the ball and finally made contact today. A little late for all the pain and suffering.

All staff members were professional and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again.

Wait time in the waiting room was over an hour. Once I was in an examination room, the edit was just a few minutes. The NP was excellent.

I was a visitor to the area and brought by my son. I was treated like a patient from before and given as much care as if I was a regular patient and given a chest X-ray promptly and results were fast. We were given steroids as needed and pleasantly sent on our way.

Compassionate and cheery staff from the front desk to the P.A. Thanks to everyone in between.

The clinic was very busy as it was holiday season. We were able to wait at home away from the waiting patients. We returned at the designated time and waited in our car for about 20 minutes. When the receptionist called we went directly to the back. We appreciated being kept away from the crowded waiting area. The staff were professional and compassionate.

It was very crowded so I expected to be waiting for a while. Once I got into a room, I was seen right away. My experience was good.

The staff was incredible. The problem was that the X-ray machine didn't work so had to go to the ER for the official work up since they could do everything. I love our ER, but with the money First Health makes you should keep your equipment working in other facilities. We depend on you. Especially people like me with a disability.
