It took 3 hours in total for a suggested dx of a virus. Even though I knew it wasn't strep, a test was performed. They were extremely busy with one PA on duty. People's health is at risk due to poor staffing.

All staff was great they took very good care of me, Allison listen to my concern and wanted to get me well. As of today I am feeling much better. Thanks to all!

I think that Dr. Little is an excellent, excellent physician. I really, really like her. The only thing that I didn't realize is my wait was like a couple of hours because I had not called ahead and made an appointment. But the staff and Dr. Little are just excellent, excellent, but the wait time is pretty long. Okay, that's it. Thank you.

I came to UC the night before and was turned away. So I had to take work off the next morning to be seen. Very disappointing.

The staff were wonderful, kind and patient. They only had one doctor on staff and I didn't realize that it would have been better to go online and make an appointment vs walk-in. It took me over two hours to get into a room and talk to nurse and three hours before I left

I made an appointment ahead of time. The practice experienced emergencies that delayed my appointment. I absolutely understand, I was seen as promptly as possible

The OA never checked my issue I was dealing with. I did NOT get enough medication to clear up my problem. I went to get well and still have my pain and problem. No, I do not plan on going back to that convenient care again. I'm very disappointed with my care. I will now have to see my general Doctor to get more medication to clear up my issue....... Very very upset. I went to this convenient care because my Doctor was sick. I went thinking I'd be taken care of, but,,,, I'm still sick.

I went in due to stomach ache which I thought was indegestion, they suspected it was appendicitis and encouraged me to go to ER. They were right, I might have gone home and worsened my condition without the suggestion to go to ER. Thank you!

She had a Exceptional bed side manner ...It was good to really feel like a patient and not just another number.. Thank you, Allison

I meant with Doctor Little she didn't have any history of my medical history. She could only go by what I told her. This was my first visit to a doctor since moving here a year ago. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The whole staff was very friendly from the start till I checked out.

This was a very good experience, I congratulate everyone that works there.

Considering there were lots of patients, I prefer going to this convenient care facility much better than ever going to the Emergency room. The staff and providers are very kind and considering there was only one provider on that evening, I was very pleased with my care.

So glad location open and quickly available. The staff there was a definite plus and I would deinately use again if necessary.
