Front desk lady was amazing. She showed me how to use the app to schedule my appointment where I wouldn't have to wait. 10/10 Once I came back for my appointment time I was probably in and out in less than 20 minutes. Also 10/10 Nurse was great! Recognized that didn't need a strep test very quickly! 10/10 When I called back two days later the receptionist was amazing. She listened and had spoke to the doctor and had a prescription sent off within minutes. 100/10

The doctor Allison was very nice and had good bedside manner however the nurse that took my vitals and information was not so professional. All in all if I ever need to go back to this urgent care I will.

Didn't know that you could check in online, and we were there several hours before we were seen ,people kept coming in ahead of us. One girl at the ft desk was really short when we asked about why we were waiting so long. Not very professional.

Staff exceeded expectations

Took well over an hour to be seen (only one patient in waiting room in front of me--yes I understand the rooms in the back were apparently full). But all the staff was fabulous and I felt well taken care of.

All of the staff were kind and professional. Although the wait time was a bit lengthy, it was well worth the wait.

Allison went out of her way to get me scheduled the same day for an ultrasound. She took time listening and helping assess my situation.

I was most impressed with the way I was treated from the moment I checked in until I was taken back to talk to the care provider. She was knowledgeable, professional, very accommodating and understanding. I couldn't have been more pleased. I'm looking forward to, I've got a treatment scheduled and I will meet with her after that. So I'm looking forward to the process and I thank you for being so very responsive. That's it.

I waited over 2 hours to be seen at this walk in clinic, and could not get in at my PCP office. Once shown to an exam room and triaged, Dr Little arrived shortly after.
