The atmosphere at this facility is good. Everyone I saw had pleasant attitudes. Allison Little takes the time to listen and explain any questions you may have.

Everyone at the facility was fantastic! From the front desk staff to the nurse to the PA, I was really pleased with everyone. I felt listened to, and the PA helped immensely with my situation. I will definitely return here if I am in need of urgent care.

I went to the urgent care for poison IV. I was seen in a timely manner. They told me that they were backed up and they only had one provider, so I knew what to expect. She was very nice. She stayed with me and talked with me about the medical condition and how to treat it and listen to my issues. I'm very satisfied. I understand urgent care can be difficult and time consuming because of a lot of people being there, but they were very nice. They had our names up on a screen. I saw exactly when I was going in. I was very satisfied.

Allison was professional yet kind. I came in with an unusual problem and she took the time to research the issue without jumping to conclusions. I have confidence in the treatment she recommended and appreciated her thoughts on coming back or seeing my regular doctor if my situation did not improve.

My visit was not rushed. She explained everything to me. I would definitely use FirstHealth Convenient Care over other Urgent Cares in the area and would recommend to others.

Very long wait, especially since no one else was in the waiting room. But staff is very nice, and doctor is amazing! The only reason we go to that location!

The man mute I walked in the 2 receptionists greeted me and cheerfully checked me in!

I had never heard of giving, not the antibiotic, but the other drug that they gave me. And she gave it to me orally and I was expecting it in a shot. But anyhow, I can't think of what it is. That's it. Thank you.

The receptionist/X-ray technologist was very nice!

The staff at this location has always been wonderful, but the wait times are terrible. It seems like the location is understaffed, which negatively impacts patient experience despite the staff's efforts. The staff seem to be doing all they can given the restraints on budgeting and staffing.
