I waited an hour and a half to go to a room. I then waited another half hour. I was told the results would take 48-72 hours. I waked across the parking lot to Walgreens bought a flu A and B and Covid test. Within 15 minutes I found out I had Covid. Urgent care was a total waist of time.

While I stated I did not get into a room in a timely manner it is to be noted that wait times were extended and this provider was the only one available so understand the reasoning

They really care about their patients

30-hour wait is a little excessive, in my opinion. Mrs. Little was very professional and very good.

I would love for the clinic to add dental services, also.

great service

It was good .i got the care i needed.it's just the doctor's note i asked from them they only gave me 3 days,and i need to go back again to extend my work note

When you go to the doctor, at least they should give you some antiseptic or syrup because you go in sick and come back worse because you miss work, and on top of that, they charge you and don't give you any medicine.

It was busy but everything went very well

It has always been a good experience and very helpful. Entire staff was extremely courteous.

This is the second time I've met with this provider, once for my wife and once for myself. She was very efficient, very concerning, asked appropriate questions, supplied answers to questions we had, and she was very good. I would recommend anybody to her, and I will to my friends. Great service from all

Setting the appointment when you arrive if they are extra busy and give you a timeframe is very helpful. I went in to get help at 11 AM. They were completely full because of so many people being sick, and told to come back to my appointment at 5:30 PM, which allowed me time to go home And re-reappear at 5:30 PM

Allison Little was wonderful. She listened and she did everything to find the cause of my dizziness.
