Hi. I thought that the staff was completely overwhelming, professional, and caring. I appreciated that so much. I felt terrible for them that they were so understaffed and had Allison. We had to wait over two hours because she's the only one that could cover the place. So it wasn't her fault that we had to wait so long. But after seeing her, I was very thankful that she was so on the ball. She knew exactly what she was talking about. She hooked me up to the right people. I had to see an ortho guy. I hurt my knee and my ankle. And she took care of all of that. And I was disappointed that there was no x-ray technician there. I was supposed to go back for x-rays because there's no x-ray technician. So the next day I was going back for x-rays, and again, they called me and said the next day they didn't have an x-ray technician again. So I just hate that you guys are so understaffed. But the people that were there were absolutely

People were great. Facility is very rundown. Facility needs new furniture and a modernization to be more appealing. I got the Urgent Care I needed. But the facility is very substandard.

I was thoroughly impressed with my visit. I came because of the rash. I was checked in in a timely fashion. I was seen. I was listened to. The care was effective and proactive. I didn't feel like they put me off in any way. They seemed to genuinely care. I was thoroughly impressed with Allison Little. She seemed hospitable, but professional, and thorough, and was gracious, and knowledgeable. I came home bragging about everybody. Thank you all so much for taking care of me.

The wait time in the waiting room was quite long. A holiday and they were very busy. Many apologies were offered.

More patients than they anticipated on a Holiday.

Everything was great. Hard for 1 provider to care for so many patients. It was almost two and a half hours before I was seen.

Yes, I was very pleased with the care and treatment that I received and the attention to detail placed by the nurses and the staff as well as the physician. Very happy with everything and would recommend the facility to anyone that is needing health care.

This was a very good experience at urgent care. It was a very busy Monday and all the staff were relaxed and efficient. I was impressed and didn't mind the wait.

I saw Allison , PA, and she was great. She was attentive and explained everything about my condition. She answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I recommend this office!

Dr Little was great and so was the whole staff, very easy to talk to the nurse was superb!

It was a very long wait to be seen but there was only one PA and a lot of patients to see. I feel like she was doing the best she could giving each patient the time they needed.

Allison was great in fixing the wounds on both legs. Did a perfect job. I was very impressed.

Of course it is a walk in, so you expect it to be longer wait times. It definitely didn't take anywhere near as long as an ER. Dr. was excellent, nurses and check in were all excellent. I had no complaints. Glad I was able to get some relief on the weekend for something that seemed to be escalating, rather than going away.
