It was a very efficient visit, and I was really impressed with staff and the doctors. I was kept informed of the status and was looked after in a professional manner. Nurses were friendly and supportive

Wait time to get to an examination room was over 2 hours. This should not be the case. Anything over an 1 hour i feel is unreasonable.

The staff and doctors were great and professional. Urgent care is always going to be busy and therefore longer wait times. But the care and kindness of the staff offset the wait.

They were very efficient and caring and provided me with information of the questions I asked I was in and out in 20 minutes was great. I had cut my finger and was just checking to make sure it didn't need any stitches or surgery she assured me everything will be fine in a couple of days. It gave me great peace of mind.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate everyone in your office. Every time I come in, you all have a smile on your face, treat me with kindness, and make the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. You're always courteous and professional, and I really appreciate how efficiently patients are seen. It's clear you care about the people who walk through your doors-thank you for all that you do.

Everyone was friendly and respectful from the moment I walked in, to seeing Allison Little, PA. This isn't always the case with an urgent care.

Front desk staff was amazing; polite, and heloful! Provider was great. Nurse who roomed me was unfriendly and seemed as if she was annoyed she had one more patient to room before the end of her shift.

The provider listened very well and was thoughtful and compassionate.
