Good experience with this PA, she knew my history and listened and explained everything well.

When I was called to remind me of my appt.and time...I was told 1000am and when I got there I was an hour early, because I was in the system for 1100am. It was a long morning. I left to go home at 1225pm. I had a driver. It was very frustrating.

I waited an hour before being called to the exam room. Many people who arrived 30+ minutes after me were taken for treatment. I was not the only one who was made to wait and it was very frustrating. The nurse was very apologetic saying they didn't have enough rooms and/or staff. Why book so many people when that was the reasoning? From now on I will arrive 10 minutes before my appointment and am sure I will still have to wait if they don't change their scheduling procedures.
