Abel Soto always is very attentive and listens to all my concerns and addresses all. I only have good words for his professional service he provides and staff.

I did not have a problem at all with the staff or Doctor. However I do believe that when reading test results, staff or doctors should get back with a patient immediately to prescribe medication. I called yesterday to ask if I can get medication send over to my pharmacy and till today I have not heard back from no one.

Sat in the room for over a hour before provider came in. He is consistent being very far behind. This has happened every time of I've seen him. Do not know why I'm giving this survey because nothing has changed since I have been seeing him. Seriously thinking about finding another provider. My last provider at this office was never this late. This is probably the fourth or fifth time I have seen him and this has happened every time!!!! Just don't understand

Mr Soto is my favorite Primary Care Physician of all time and I LOVE FirstHealth. Everyone is polite and professional. What I think is always discussed. I appreciate that Mr. Soto listens to our feelings about things.
