I was prescribed an ointment for an "infection" (or issue) with the big toe on my left foot. That prescription has not been filled at my pharmacy because the insurance needs to know the location of the "infection." As of today, no one from FirstHealth has responded to the pharmacy's request for that information. Still waiting...
