The provider could be on time. The provider could act like they care more and really want to carefully listen to what I have to say and not just act like they're ready to rush me off the phone or out of the office and get to their next patient. You know, actually hear what I'm saying. Actually feel like they want to care. The first thing my provider said when they got to me was, well, somebody else, you know, gave you some medication, so I'm not even really sure what you're here for. Like, that's ridiculous. You're the primary care doctor. You should know what I'm here for. You should be the one managing my care, not somebody else. And even if somebody else is putting in a prescription, I'm there for this doctor to tell me what's supposed to happen. Care about me. Care about my care and what's supposed to happen with me.

Everyone was exceptional!!! Very glad that I decided to switch health providers.

Dr. Lage is the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctor I've ever seen in my life. She listens to my concerns with sincerity and patience, she offers proffesional advice with my health issues and is very thorough in explaining treatment options and ways to improve my lifestyle. She truly has a passion and expertise in her field.

All personnel of First Health did a great job, very pleasant visit. For it being my first visit there, Dr Lage knew much more about my medical history than I expected. She obviously took the time to review the charts and info available to her. Highly professional, empathy and concern, something that was lacking at my previous PCP.

Doctor Lage and her staff as well as the front desk staff are very efficient and professional!

She also definitely listens to what I have to say, and takes my input, into my health. I would 100% recommend her. I'd give her a 10 out of 10 any day. She's an incredible doctor and I'm glad that I found her.

Dr. Lage is extremely caring in handling my entire visit. She is efficient and friendly and listens to everything I have say during my visit and has responded promptly with labs results and her comments all in less then 24 hrs. Dr. Lage is a great doctor and I'm so glad to have found her. The entire staff is terrific. I am so happy with First Health!

I have loved the experience I've been having with Dr. Lage since I switched over over a year ago. She always answers my questions. I can email her. She emails me back or she calls me. I can get in touch with her whenever I need her and whenever I go in with my concerns about my health, she always follows up with me and listen to what I'm saying and it helped me try to find out what is going on with me and that I really appreciate.

Patricia has always been a great provider. I never had any issues and I enjoyed coming to see her.
