Ellen Starnes, MSW, LCSW, LCAS, Since 1992, Ellen has provided psychiatry and chemical dependency group and individual therapy for FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital Behavioral Outpatient Services. She attended East Carolina University, where she received her MSW. Ellen is currently N.C. board certified as LCSW and LCAS . Her specialties include all types of mental health disorders, marriage and family counseling, depression and anxiety, chemical dependency and individuals with military-related disorders.
