With expert care overseen by primary care providers Gabriel Lopez, M.D. and Taressa Bryan, FNP, and cardiologist Thomas Wall, M.D. we can meet the health needs of your entire family – from babies to grandparents. Our primary care practice includes health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, counseling and patient education. We diagnose and treat common acute and chronic health problems and medical conditions including complete medical histories, complete physician examinations, assessment of health status, routine lab testing, immunizations, and family planning We see patients by appointment and also offer same-day appointments for acute illnesses. 

Primary Care & Cardiology, Troy is open Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.
