FirstHealth Fitness – Raeford features the latest in cardio and weight training equipment as well as innovative group exercise classes. The aquatics center includes an indoor heated pool, whirlpool and full-service locker rooms.
In addition to child care services, the Center offers a variety of children’s programming including swimming lessons, a basketball court, aquatic center, educational lectures on a variety of health and wellness topics and on-site massage therapy.
