Outpatient Group Sessions in Rockingham

FirstHealth offers group sessions that provide patients the opportunity to share their feelings and learn strategies in highly structured and supportive environment. 

• The Mood Group is offered for patients who struggle with feelings and moods of sadness, loneliness, anxiety or stress. The group session allows members to share personal feelings, ideas and problems, and develop new ways to decrease the negative feelings and moods while forming support networks. Sessions are held on Mondays from 3 - 4 p.m. and Wednesdays from 9 - 10 a.m at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital - Richmond located at 921 S. Long Drive in Rockingham. • The Relapse Prevention Group is offered for patients looking for support on their recovery journey. Group members have the opportunity to increase their awareness and knowledge of tools to promote recovery from chemical dependency and aid in relapse prevention. Sessions are held on Mondays from 9 - 10 a.m. and Wednesdays from 1 - 2 p.m. at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital - Richmond located at 921 S. Long Drive in Rockingham.
