PINEHURST, N.C. – FirstHealth Family Medicine – Pinehurst's care team is expanding with the arrival of Tracy Bullard, M.D., FAAFP, and Connie Hall, FNP.
Dr. Bullard has more than two decades of patient care experience and is board certified in family medicine. She is a native of Robeson County, North Carolina and has worked throughout the state.
Dr. Bullard earned her medical degree from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine and completed postgraduate training at Duke/Southeastern Regional AHEC in Fayetteville.
“For years I have practiced using a patient-centric model. I love to partner with patients to work toward their wellness goals,” she said. “I’m also passionate about teaching patients and empowering them to make changes – big or small – in their health journeys.”
Dr. Bullard said she’s also focused on battling health disparities that exist in the rural communities across the Sandhills and beyond.
“I endeavored to become a physician to work on closing the gap for the underserved and to promote health and well-being for all patients,” she said.
Outside of work, Dr. Bullard said she enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, the arts and cheering for the UNC Tar Heels with her son, Ethan.
Hall brings more than 15 years of patient care experience to the clinic. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing: Adult and Family Health from Chamberlain University in 2017.
“I truly enjoy working with people and seeing their willingness to allow me to be a part of their health journey is an honor,” Hall said.
Hall said she decided to pursue a career in medicine after being around other health care professionals in her family.
“I knew early that I wanted to be a nurse and eventually became a nurse practitioner to continue to care for people in an expanded role,” she said. “The last five years have been rewarding in a way I never imagined.”
Outside of work, Hall said she enjoys swimming, pickleball, tennis and being outside.

FirstHealth Family Medicine – Pinehurst treats patients of all ages, from babies to grandparents. We diagnose and treat common acute and chronic health problems and medical conditions including complete medical histories, complete physician examinations, assessment of health status, routine lab testing, immunizations and family planning.
