We understand that a recent letter from Pinehurst Radiology Associates (PRA) may have caused some confusion to patients regarding how to access their medical records and past mammography studies. We want to provide clear guidance going forward regarding how to access your PRA records and the best way to schedule future imaging studies. This information is for former PRA patients only.
- If you’ve had a mammogram at any FirstHealth facility since your last visit to PRA, or you plan to schedule your next mammogram with FirstHealth:
You do not need to contact PRA or another outside agency to request your records. FirstHealth can securely access your prior images and reports from PRA at no cost to you.
- If you have not had a mammogram at a FirstHealth facility and do not plan to:
You will need to contact your current health care provider, family medicine provider or OB/GYN provider to schedule your mammogram. Once your mammogram is scheduled, you may inform the performing facility that prior mammograms and reports may be obtained from Morgan Records Management by visiting www.MorganRecordsManagement.com or calling (833) 888-0061. Additional instructions for requesting records from Morgan Records Management are provided in the letter from PRA.
