Traditional Massage 30, 60 or 90 min.
Treat yourself to a soothing, relaxing, full- body massage that includes long, flowing strokes to ensure relaxation, increase circulation, and improve skin and muscle tone. This massage is enjoyed by people of all ages and lifestyles and will leave your body feeling relaxed and rested.

Deep Tissue 30, 60 or 90 min.
This massage is designed to reach the deeper tissues structures of the entire body. Excellent for those who prefer direct deep pressure to relieve stress. This massage is also excellent for someone who has a recurring area of the body that needs special attention and relief.

Prenatal Massage 60 min.
It's wonderful to enjoy a massage at a time when your body needs extra care and nurturing. During your massage, a special pillow is used to accommodate the needs of our moms-to-be.
Note: Massage is not recommended during the first trimester.

Hot Stone Massage 60 or 90 min.
Sixty-minute massage is a traditional massage with hot stones incorporated into the massage. We recommend the true hot stone massage, which is 90 minutes. This ancient art combines smooth, heated stones with healing massage to melt away stress and tension.
