- firstspa is open to both FirstHealth Centers for Health & Fitness members and non-members.
- Please schedule appointments in advance by calling (910) 715-1811 or stop by the fitness center to schedule an appointment in person.
- Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for those who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Customers who fail to do so will be charged for the scheduled service.
- If you are a new customer, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork and meet your therapist. Returning customers should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. We may not be able to accommodate guests who arrive 15 or more minutes late.
- For your safety, please let your therapist know if you are pregnant or have any other medical conditions.
- Complimentary spa robes, slippers and locker are provided for the use of all spa guests.
- Please do not bring valuables to the spa. We are unable to replace items that are lost or stolen.
