Therapeutic Tai Chi with Lee Holbrook

This ongoing gentle mind-body program is suitable for just about everyone. It includes rhythmic patterns of movement that are coordinated with breathing. Women & Children’s Programs
Infant Safety and CPR FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, FREE.
This two-hour class meets monthly and teaches parents about infant safety, CPR, car seat safety and other safety techniques. Instruction includes hands-on practice with a mannequin. Baby Basics for Adoptive Parents FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, FREE.
This two-evening course is taught four times a year and is recommended for prospective adoptive parents of newborns and babies up to six weeks old. Topics include bottle-feeding, baby care and helping the baby adjust to its new surroundings. The program also offers strategies for dealing with the challenges of early parenting.
