The first step in the road to recovery of a non-healing wound is an examination by our Medical Director. Next, one of our specially trained clinicians will create a treatment plan, designed just for you, where all caregivers – from specialty surgeons to therapists and family members – are included.
The plan is communicated to the primary care physician, who continues to treat and underlying conditions and provides overall care for the patient. This treatment approach has been designed to complement the primary or referring physician’s care, not replace it.
