Indoor Cycling – Group indoor cycling class provides a non-impact cardiovascular workout with inspirational music. The intensity of the ride is controlled by the resistance dial and pedal speed.
Ultimate Abs – Abdominal and low back exercises designed to improve balance, posture and alignment.
Yoga – Stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques taught through basic yoga moves. These poses increase flexibility and body awareness.
Zumba – A Latin inspired dance fitness class featuring interval training sessions and resistance training. Fun and easy to do!
