- If you are running 5-10 minutes late for class, we prefer that you take the next class.
- If you need to leave the class early, please inform the instructor.
- Proper aerobic shoes are required. Please do not wear street shoes in the aerobics studio.
- Gym bags are not allowed in the aerobics studio or multi-purpose room.

Cardio Step/Strength Training – An aerobic class using risers and steps for a great cardio and high energy workout. Includes intervals with weights and stability ball.
Circuit Training – A total body-conditioning workout with intervals of cardio and strength. For all levels.
Fit for Life – This muscle conditioning class emphasizes core muscle stability, functional exercises and balance using ball, weights and tubing. For all levels.
Flow Yoga – Introduction to Hatha Yoga postures designed for all levels. This workout will leave you feeling long, strong, centered and calm.
Friday Finale – A mixer of strength and cardio workout using a variety of equipment. A great cardio workout – you will burn calories while having fun. Will use some DVD workouts.
Group Cycling – Group indoor cycling class provides a non-impact cardiovascular workout with inspirational music. The intensity of the ride is controlled by the resistance dial and pedal speed. For all levels.
Jammin’ with James – This class ties it all together, cardio, upper & lower body toning, abs, strength and kickboxing. All levels.
Karate Classes *** – Classes are divided into two age groups and will focus on different belt rankings. See front desk for more details. (Additional fee for program.)
Rep and Step – A combination of Rep Reebok and step class. A great cardio and strength training workout.
Yoga – A 30-minute yoga class. What a great way to start your day. For all levels.
Zumba – A Latin inspired dance fitness class featuring interval training sessions and resistance training. Fun and easy to do!
