As a medical fitness center, The FirstHealth Centers for Health and Fitness – Richmond is more than just a gym. All of our programs are medically based and under the supervision of a medical doctor and feature the latest in cardio and weight training equipment as well as innovative group exercise classes. The aquatics center includes an indoor heated pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room.
The Center offers swimming lessons, educational lectures on a variety of health and wellness topics and on-site massage services.
In addition to a cushioned indoor track, a basketball and volleyball court, full-service locker rooms, child care services and a variety of children’s programming including summer camps are available.
