Group Exercise Schedules

  • Center Hours: Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m., Friday 6 a.m. – 8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., Sunday 1 – 5 p.m.
  • Nursery Hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., 4 – 8 p.m.

For Your Safety

  1. If you are running 5-10 minutes late for class, we prefer that you take the next class.
  2. If you need to leave the class early, please inform the instructor.
  3. Proper aerobic shoes are required. Please do not wear street shoes in the aerobics studio.
  4. Gym bags are not allowed in the aerobics studio or multi-purpose room.

Boot Camp – An alternative to choreographed classes. Offering hardcore drills and challenging athletic movements.

Cardio Blast – Everything you need in one hour! Complete warm-up, high and low impact cardio conditioning & strength training using a variety of equipment. Follow up with flexibility training for a well-rounded class.

Flow Yoga – A flowing yoga sequence class that develops strength, flexibility and cardio endurance.

Indoor Cycling – High energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Muscle Conditioning – Strength & toning class using a variety of resistance equipment. For all levels.

Rep Reebok – A progressive group strength training program using set music with exact number of sets and repetitions for each muscle group to guarantee results.

Step Explosion – Creative step choreography designed to appeal to exercisers of all fitness levels.

Step-n-Sculpt – This high-energy interval training class alternates intermediate/advanced step choreography with muscle conditioning for a total-body workout.

Zumba – A Latin inspired dance fitness class featuring interval training sessions and resistance training. Fun and easy to do!
