Group Exercise Schedules

  • Center Hours: Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 9 p.m., Friday 6 a.m. – 8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., Sunday 1 – 5 p.m.
  • Nursery Hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., 4 – 8 p.m.

For Your Safety

  1. If you are running 5-10 minutes late for class, we prefer that you take the next class.
  2. If you need to leave the class early, please inform the instructor.
  3. Proper aerobic shoes are required. Please do not wear street shoes in the aerobics studio.
  4. Gym bags are not allowed in the aerobics studio or multi-purpose room.

30/30 – Thirty minutes of cardio/step followed by 30 minutes of ab work. Good for all fitness levels.

Boot Camp – An alternative to choreographed classes. Offering hardcore drills and challenging athletic movements.

Cardio Blast – Everything you need in one hour! Complete warm-up, high and low impact cardio conditioning & strength training using a variety of equipment. Follow up with flexibility training for a well-rounded class.

Indoor Cycling – High energy stationary bike workouts that enhance cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Instructor’s Choice Cardio – A 30-minute ever-changing class of activity designed to enhance your cardiovascular fitness level.

Kickboxing – Jab, kick, hook, uppercut. These are some of the moves you will use that will aid in improving your strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Good for all fitness levels.

Muscle Conditioning – Strength & toning class using a variety of resistance equipment. For all levels.

Power Vinyasa Yoga – An energetically paced practice linking the body with the breath. Builds strength, flexibility, stamina and mental focus.

Rep Reebok – A progressive group strength training program using set music with exact number of sets and repetitions for each muscle group to guarantee results.

Sit to be Fit – Seated in a chair, burn calories, improve muscle tone and increase flexibility.

Step-n-Sculpt – This high-energy interval training class alternates intermediate/advanced step choreography with muscle conditioning for a total-body workout.

Yoga Fundamentals – A yoga practice that explores the poses and breathing techniques of yoga w/a focus on alignment, anatomy and building poses from the ground up.

Yoga Serenity – Realign and redefine after a week of long workdays and tough workouts. This practice focuses on deep, therapeutic stretching and unpacking a cluttered mind.

Zumba – A Latin inspired dance fitness class featuring interval training sessions and resistance training. Fun and easy to do!
