Child Swim Lessons
Ages 3-12. Cost: View schedule and class descriptions
Each class is 30 minutes long and is limited to 6-10 kids per class. All skills will be repeated and advanced in each level requiring more time, distance or independent work.
Cost: $45 members/$60 community

Parents’ Night Out
Friday, Sept . 19 Ages 15 months – 11 yrs - 5-8 p.m. Cost: $20 members/$25 community; Ea add’l sibling: $15 m/$20 c
Kids ages 15 mo-4yr will enjoy games, crafts and movies.  Kids ages 5-11 will enjoy fitness games, relays, obstacle courses, parachute games, and pool time.  A pizza and fruit dinner will be provided.   Each child should wear tennis shoes and kids 5-11 years need to bring a swimsuit, towel and plastic bag for wet clothes.  Registration required 2 days prior to event.

Home School Swim Group
Mondays/Wednesdays, Sept . 8-Dec. 10 - Cost: $180
Beginner: 10:45-11:15 a.m.
Intermediate: 11:15 a.m. -12 p.m.
Advanced: 12- 1 p.m.
This 13-week program is designed to build confidence and fitness in the water.  Your homeschooler will be able to enjoy the fun in learning new skills in the water and also building their fitness level.

Dodge & Dive
Friday, October 10 - Grades K-5 - 6-8 p.m. - Cost: $10 member/$15 community
Kids will experience different forms of the classic game of Dodge Ball.  Afterward they will enjoy time in the pool.  Please bring your children ready to play dressed in athletic clothes and tennis shoes.  Each child should bring a swim suit, towel and a plastic bag for wet clothes. Registration required by October 9.

Athletic Conditioning Grades 4-6
Mondays & Wednesdays, 4 - 4:45 p.m.
Dates: September 8-October 1; October 6 – 29; November 3 – 19 ($30/$40)
Cost: $40 members/$50 community per month
Athletes in grades 4-6 can get an edge on the competition with a powerful combination of TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) and athletic conditioning that will increase core strength, joint stability, speed, and agility. Great for off-season and pre-season training!! Our trainers, Jeff Moody II and Chris Garbark have degrees in exercise science, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist certifications and CF level 1 certifications.

CrossFit Conditioning for Grades 6-8
Thursdays, 5:15 - 6 p.m.
Date: September 4-25; October 2-23; October 30 – November 20
Cost: $20 members/$25 community per month
Check out this awesome workout designed for boys and girls grades 6-8. Train with certified personal trainers using bodyweight based workouts for conditioning, strength, and core stability. Get in shape and have a blast!
