Child Swim Lessons
Ages 3-12. View schedule and class descriptions
Each class is 30 minutes long and is limited to 6-10 kids per class. All skills will be repeated and advanced in each level requiring more time, distance or independent work.
Cost: $45 members/$60 community

Youth Athletic Conditioning
Mondays & Wednesdays, March 31-April 30, 4-4:45 p.m.
Athletes in grades 4-6 can get an edge on the competition with a powerful combination of TRX and athletic conditioning that will increase core strength, joint stability, speed, and agility. Great for off-season and pre-season training!  (No class April 14 & 16)
Cost per month:  $40 members/ $50 community

FHC CrossFit Conditioning for Grades 6-8
Thursdays, April 3-24, 5:15-6 p.m.
Check out this awesome workout designed for boys and girls grades 6-8. Train with certified personal trainers using bodyweight based workouts for conditioning, strength and core stability.  Get in shape and have a blast!
Cost per month: $20 members/$25 community

Spring Break Youth Fitness Camp
Monday-Friday, April 14-18, 1-5 p.m. Cost: $75 members/$85 community
Kids grades K-5 will be introduced to fitness using a variety of games, workouts and equipment. Program includes pool time, indoor/outdoor play, fitness education and fun. Each child should wear tennis shoes and bring a healthy snack, swimsuit and towel. Registration required by April 9.
Cost: $75 members/$85 community

Youth Triathlon
Date: Saturday, May 17th
Cost: $30 per child. $35 per child after May 10.
NO race day registration.
Parent Information Night: Thursday, May 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the Center for Health & Fitness - Pinehurst
Ages 4-5- 12:15 p.m. Swim 25 yds.Bike.78 miles. Run 210 yds.
Ages 6-7 -1 p.m. Swim 50 yds.Bike 2.05miles. Run 404 yds.
Ages 8-9 -2 p.m. Swim 50 yds.Bike 2.05miles. Run 404 yds.
Ages 10-12- 3 p.m. Swim 125 yds. Bike 3.71miles. Run .47 miles.
Indoor swim, closed bike course and greenway trail run.
Race requirements: Participants must furnish their own equipment including swimsuit and towel, bike and helmet (required) running shoes and t-shirt. Parent or guardian must be present for the entire race.

Parents Night Out
Friday, May 30, 5-8 p.m.
Kids ages 15 months to 4 years will enjoy games, crafts and movies. Kids ages 5-11 will enjoy fitness games, relays, obstacle courses, parachute games, and pool time. A pizza and fruit dinner will be provided. Each child should wear tennis shoes and kids 5-11 years need to bring a swimsuit, towel and plastic bag for wet clothes. Registration required by May 28.
Cost: $20members/$25 community; each additional sibling: $15 members/$20 community

Girls Volleyball Camp
Monday-Wednesday, July 28-30, 3-5 p.m.
Girls entering grades 6-8 can sharpen their skills by participating in our summer Volleyball Camp. The camp will address the four basic skills – serving, passing, setting and hitting – and is open to those who have played before and those new to the sport. 
Coach Tabitha Eshleman, B.S., certified personal trainer, Division I collegiate player at Penn State with 2 Big Ten Championships. She has 11 years coaching experience and is currently the coach at Revolution Volleyball Club in Chambersburg, Pa.
Girls are welcome to wear knee pads and bring water bottles.
Cost $75 Ÿ minimum 6/maximum 16 participants
