Child Swim Lessons
Ages 3-12. Cost: View schedule and class descriptions
Each class is 30 minutes long and is limited to 6-10 kids per class. All skills will be repeated and advanced in each level requiring more time, distance or independent work.
Cost: $45 members/$60 community


Youth Basketball Camps
Monday – Thursday 1-4 p.m.
Cost: $60/week
Registration required 4 days prior to camp. 

Our new Youth Basketball Camps will help players improve individual fundamental skills through small group instruction, as well as learn the concept of team play and game strategy. Our coaches are bachelor’s- and master’s-prepared exercise specialists and certified personal trainers with high school and collegiate basketball experience. 
Session I
Boys and girls grades 3-4………..    June 16-19
Boys grades 5-8……………………  June 23-26
Girls grades 5-8……………………   July 7-10
Session II
Boys and girls grades 3-4………..    July 21-24
Girls grades 5-8……………………… August 4-7
Boys grades 5-8……………………… August 11-14


Youth Athletic Conditioning
July 7-30 Mon & Wed 4-4:45 p.m.
Cost per month:  $40 mem/ $50 comm
Athletes in grades 4-6 can get an edge on the competition with a powerful combination of TRX and athletic conditioning that will increase core strength, joint stability, speed, and agility. Great for off-season and pre-season training!!

FHC CrossFit Conditioning for Middle School
July 10-31 Thursdays, 5:15-6 p.m.
Cost per month $20 mem/$25 comm
Check out this awesome workout designed for boys and girls grades 6-8.  Train with certified personal trainers using bodyweight based workouts for conditioning, strength, and core stability.  Get in shape and have a blast!

Girls Volleyball Camp
July 28-30, 2014 Monday – Wednesday 3-5 p.m. Cost $75 minimum 6/maximum 16 participants
Girls entering grades 6-8 can sharpen their skills by participating in our summer Volleyball Camp.  The camp will address the 4 basic skills – serving, passing, setting and hitting – and is open to those who have played and those new to the sport. 
Coach: Tabitha Eshleman, B.S., certified personal trainer, Division I collegiate player at Penn State with 2 Big Ten Championships.
She has 11 years coaching experience and is currently the coach at Revolution Volleyball Club in Chambersburg, PA.
Girls are welcome to wear knee pads and bring water bottles.
