What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a program that delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing so that the workouts are different every day. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ only by degree not kind.
People of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels are welcome to join this exciting new program. Our trainers excel in making appropriate modifications and progressions so you safely succeed.
No matter what your fitness background or your goals, CrossFit will present new and challenging workouts that will keep your body guessing and changing for the better.
Begin with an Intro to CrossFit 4-pack Class (see schedule) where trainers teach step by step technique on the 9 foundation movements of CrossFit then incorporate them info a beginner’s workout. For TRX try a Free TRX Intro Class where exercise explanations are very thorough and rest periods between exercises are extended. Then move on to a 4-Pack Small Group Training class that fits into your schedule.
All of our CrossFit trainers hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, a personal training certification as well as the CrossFit Level 1 certification.
