We recommend members begin with the free CF Intro 4 pack on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. to learn the foundation exercises.  There is a free Intro to TRX for members on Sept. 27 at 9:30 a.m.

CF = CrossFit
TRX = Total-body Resistance Exercise
CV Int  = Cardiovascular intervals
HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training

How to participate:
Drop-In:  Purchase a 4 or 8 punch card and drop-in to any class on the schedule.
Unlimited Pass:  Allows access to all TRX/CF classes all month.

CF (CrossFit) - Trainers will introduce a variety of CrossFit exercises in this high-intensity yet fun, 30-minute workout.
TRX/KB – This workout provides a complete, full-body workout in less than 30 minutes. Although exercises can be modified for all fitness levels, this is an intense workout and appropriate for those who have been exercising regularly.
