We recommend you begin with the free CF Intro 4 pack on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. to learn the foundation exercises.  There is a free Intro to TRX June 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Registration is available at the front desk - minimum of four, maximum of six to eight participants per class. Must have four to hold the class.

Registration Guidelines:
Payment is required upon registration. Because registration reserves your space in a particular class, it also eliminates the opportunity for another member to take that spot. Therefore, we have a NO REFUND policy. Please check your schedule carefully before choosing a session. If you must miss a class, you can try to make up that class by dropping into another class but it must be within the session. As always, drop-ins are a first come, first served basis and are not guaranteed.

CF (CrossFit) - Trainers will introduce a variety of CrossFit exercises in this high-intensity yet fun, 30-minute workout.
TRX/KB – This workout provides a complete, full-body workout in less than 30 minutes. Although exercises can be modified for all fitness levels, this is an intense workout and appropriate for those who have been exercising regularly.
