Beginner Muscle Conditioning – A full body strength class designed to tone and firm muscles.
Cardio Pump – High energy floor aerobics with toning designed for all levels.
Floor-n-More – 20 minutes of each… low impact and toning using a variety of equipment and a relaxing strength segment. Class is designed for all levels of fitness
Muscle and More – A class that combines strength, agility, endurance and cardiovascular training all in one.
Power Step – High-energy step class with basic moves designed for the intermediate participant.
Ultimate Abs – Intense abdominal and low back exercises designed to improve balance, posture and alignment.
Yoga – Stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques taught through basic yoga moves.
Zumba - Cardio class with fast and slow Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves. A fun and energetic class for all levels.
