  • Center Hours: Monday – Thursday 5:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m., Friday 5:30 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., Sunday Closed.

For Your Safety

  1. If you are running 5-10 minutes late for class, we prefer that you take the next class.
  2. If you need to leave the class early, please inform the instructor.
  3. Proper aerobic shoes are required.

Beginner Muscle Conditioning – A full body strength class designed to tone and firm muscles.

Cardio Pump – High energy floor aerobics with toning designed for all levels.

Floor-n-More – 20 minutes of each… low impact and toning using a variety of equipment and a relaxing strength segment. Class is designed for all levels of fitness

Muscle and More – A class that combines strength, agility, endurance and cardiovascular training all in one.

Power Step – High-energy step class with basic moves designed for the intermediate participant.

Ultimate Abs Intense abdominal and low back exercises designed to improve balance, posture and alignment.

Yoga Stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques taught through basic yoga moves.

Zumba - Cardio class with fast and slow Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves. A fun and energetic class for all levels.
