As a medical fitness center, The FirstHealth Center for Health & Fitness – Pembroke is more than just a gym. The center’s programs are medically based and under the supervision of a medical doctor.
The center features the latest in cardio and weight training equipment as well as innovative group exercise classes. The aquatics center includes an indoor heated pool, whirlpool and full-service locker rooms.
In addition to child care services the center offers a variety of children’s programming.
