Carolina Neurosurgical Services accepts referrals from physicians/health care providers and may be reached by calling

To help us serve your health care needs, please bring the following to your appointment:

• Medical records from any other physicians who have treated you for the same problem
• Any X-rays/advanced imaging films accompanied by the written report (CT Scans, MRIs, Myelograms, or NCV/EMGs)
• Medical insurance cards
• A listing of all your current medications
• Required insurance authorizations € Written verification from your employer, along with written authorization from your Worker¹s Compensation carrier, if you are covered by Worker¹s Compensation.

The results of your evaluation will be forwarded to your referring and/or family physician following each visit with our office.

Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

NOTE: If you must cancel an appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible. This courtesy will allow us to provide care for other patients.
