Peter Ellman, M.D.
Dr. Ellman grew up in Vermont and received an undergraduate degree in English from Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia in 2000 and then completed a residency in general surgery at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and a fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Ellman specializes in all aspects of adult cardiac surgery (coronary artery disease, valvular disease and aortic disease) as well as thoracic surgery.
