Pool Classes
Aqua Aerobics - Aerobic conditioning and toning in the pool designed for all levels. Aqua Blast - High energy aqua class with power moves designed for the advanced participant. Aqua Nuts - Aqua aerobics class that incorporates both cardiovascular and muscular conditioning in an interactive group setting designed for all levels. Aqualites - A flowing mind/body aquatic workout combining Pilates, yoga, & dance movement. The aquatic environment of this class provides support. and resistance while you build strength from the inside out. Gentle Aquatic Conditioning - The class is designed for participants living with musculoskeletal conditions or seeking a low intensity exercise program. Components include range of motion exercise for flexibility, gait training, strength conditioning and relaxation. Lap Pool Walk - Designated water walking. Lap Swim - This exercise time is for the experienced swimmer wishing to improve cardiovascular endurance. Swimmers should be able to swim without stopping. Totally Terrified Swim Lessons - For beginners and advanced beginners. Pre-registration required. See front desk for details.
