Floor Classes Body Alive - A seated muscle conditioning class designed for participants that find it difficult to stand or lie on the floor for extended periods of time. Cardio Sculpt - This high energy class combines the principles of group strength training and cardio conditioning to provide a heart pumping, body sculpting hour of fun and fitness. Core & Cardio Ball Express - This 30- minute class provides the two key elements needed to enhance the appearance of your midsection - fun cardio on the ball followed by serious ab and back conditioning. Core Express - A 10 minute pre or post workout Pilates inspired routine designed to strengthen the abs, lower back, hips and hamstrings. This will enhance the core power needed in activities such as cycling, golf, horseback riding and tennis. Dance Fitness - A jammin’ line dance party. New dances added every month. Easy Does It Stretch & Relax - We modify traditional exercises used in yoga, tai chi and Pilates to improve your flexibility, balance and reduce muscle soreness. Chairs, balls, and straps will be used as props to help support the body as we focus on breathing to promote relaxation. Gentle Pilates - Fundamentals and simplified beginner Pilates for anyone just getting started or needing modified Pilates moves. Group Cycle - Indoor cycling class, a nonimpact cardiovascular workout for all levels. Hatha Yoga - Focus on traditional yoga poses with attention to lengthening and release of muscular tension. These poses increase flexibility and body awareness. Pilates - A form of body conditioning which creates balanced muscular strength and flexibility. Promotes good posture and builds a long, lean silhouette. Rep Reebok - A progressive group strength training program using set music, with exact number of sets and repetitions for each muscle group to guarantee results. Senior Line Dance - Line dancing for fun & fitness at a slower pace. Step Express - 30-minute high energy step class appropriate for most levels. Therapeutic Tai Chi - Gentle exercise designed to improve energy flow, flexibility and stability while creating an atmosphere that relaxes the mind and body. Turbo Kick - The ultimate cardiovascular challenge, complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a Tai Chi type cool-down. No equipment needed. Yoga Fit I - Hatha & Yogao Flow fuse in this gentle group fitness-based yoga class. Appropriate for beginners and renewing for the more experienced. Yoga Flow - Body warming and centering yogic breathing practice, followed by moderate intensity rhythmic limbering movements. The heart of session will be the vinyasana. A flowing yoga sequence that develops strength, flexibility and cardio endurance. Level: Adv. Beg./Int Zumba is a faster paced version of the Zumba Gold with less recovery between dances. |
