Floor Classes

Stability Ball / Core Training
This muscle conditioning class emphasizes core muscle stability. And functional exercises. This class uses ball, weights, tubing and medicine balls. All levels

Circuit Training
This is a total body-conditioning workout that is set up with intervals of cardio and strength. This class is design for all levels.

Rep Reebok / Adv
is a strength training program using music with exact number of sets and repetitions for each muscle group to guarantee results. This class is for students that have been taking Rep Reebok for a while.

Rep Reebok Level 1
This class is design for beginners and provides a great strengthening program. You will learn the fundamental and proper forms of Rep Reebok. Beginners

Group Cycling
Group indoor cycling class, which provides a non-impact cardiovascular workout with inspirational music. The intensity of the ride is controlled by the resistance dial and pedal speed. This class is for all levels.

Kickboxing
Learn the basic techniques and skills associated with kickboxing, which provide a cardio and strength workout.

Cardio Step/ Dance Fusion Aerobics
Is an aerobic class using riser and steps for a great cardio and high energy that includes Latin, jazz and hip hop in the workout.

Flow Yoga
Introduction to Hatha Yoga postures designed for all levels. This workout will leave you feeling long, strong, centered and clam.

Jammin With James
This class ties it all together, cardio, upper & lower body toning, abs, strength and kickboxing. All levels.

Fit for Life
This is a low impact class designed for adults of all ages.

Mix it up with James
This class is a great variety of classes that we offer. James will mix it up to make it fun and a great workout. For all levels.

 

For Your Safety

  • If you are running 5-10 minutes late for class, we prefer that you take the next class.
  • If you need to leave the class early, please inform the instructor.
  • Proper aerobic shoes are required.
  • Gym bags are not allowed in the aerobics classroom.
