Floor Classes

Ball Conditioning
Muscle conditioning with emphasis of work on stability ball. Designed for all levels.

Beginner Yoga
An introduction to yoga positions and breathing techniques.

Body Flow
A yoga, tai chi & Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm.

Body Pump
Group strength training class which utilizes the barbell/weight system. Total body strength and conditioning program where weights are adjustable to any fitness level.

Body Step
High energy step class that shapes & tones legs while providing continuous cardiovascular training.

Cardio Fusion
High-intensity cardio workout including conditioning & stretching. Designed for all levels.

Condition & Stretch
A conditioning and stretch class that utilizes yoga-based breathing and relaxation principles. Designed for all levels.

Core Conditioning
Conditioning class focusing on shoulders, abs, back, hips and glutes with various equipment and functional exercise.

Country Line Dancing
A fun and new alternative to your workout. Country and other traditional line dances will be taught at each class.

Express
10 to 15 minute classes designed to complete your workout. Classes include abs, core, balance and stretch formats.

Fit For Life
Low impact class designed for adults of all ages. Indoor Cycling - Group indoor cycling class which provides a non-impact cardiovascular workout for all levels.

Meditative Yoga
Using gentle poses and breathing to release tension & relax into a quiet state of present awareness.

Muscle Conditioning
Strengthening and toning class with bands, benches, weights and tubing combined with a full body stretching segment for all levels.

Pilates
A strength and flexibility workout of core conditioning and overall body toning that uses coordination of movement with breath for improving mind/body awareness. Space is limited.

RPM
An indoor cycling workout that provides non-impact cardio training with inspirational music. The intensity of the ride is controlled by the resistance dial and pedal speed.

Turbo Kick
Rhythmic kickboxing class that incorporates movement combinations for cardio and conditioning workout.

Yoga/Pilates Fusion
A combination of Yoga and Pilates movements for an overall workout. Space is limited.

For Your Safety

  1. If you are running 5-10 minutes late for class, we prefer that you take the next class.
  2. If you need to leave the class early, please inform the instructor.
  3. Proper aerobic shoes are required. Please do not wear street shoes in the aerobics studio.
  4. Gym bags are not allowed in the aerobics studio or multi-purpose room.
