Core Conditioning
Conditioning class focusing on shoulders, abs, back, hips and glutes with various equipment and functional exercise.
Country Line Dancing
A fun and new alternative to your workout. Country and other traditional line dances will be taught at each class.
Express
10 to 15 minute classes designed to complete your workout. Classes include abs, core, balance and stretch formats.

RPM
An indoor cycling workout that provides non-impact cardio training with inspirational music. The intensity of the ride is controlled by the resistance dial and pedal speed.
