Screenings offered include:
Financial assistance is available for those who qualify. Screenings can be paid for with cash or checks. These preventive health screenings are not covered by health insurance.

Osteoporosis Screening
The purpose of screening is early diagnosis and treatment. Screening tests are usually administered to people without current symptoms, but who may be at high risk for certain diseases or conditions.
- Fee: $5
- Criteria
- Must be a female age 18 and over
- Must never have been diagnosed with osteoporosis
- In preparation for the screening:
- Wear shoes and socks that can be taken off easily
- Results are provided on-site

Cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar
The purpose of screening is early diagnosis and treatment. Screening tests are usually administered to people without current symptoms, but who may be at high risk for certain diseases or conditions.
- Fee: $5
- Criteria
- In preparation for the screening:
- Screening is a finger stick
- Results are more accurate when fasting for 12 hours
- Make certain to take any maintenance medications (such as blood pressure, diabetes, etc.. medicines)
- Results are provided on-site

- Results are provided on-site

Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) Blood Draw
The purpose of screening is early diagnosis and treatment. Screening tests are usually administered to people without current symptoms, but who may be at high risk for certain diseases or conditions.
- Fee: $25
- Criteria
- In preparation for the screening:
- Screening is a full blood draw
- Wear shirt that sleeves can roll up to allow for the blood draw
- Results are sent to the participant’s home via U.S. mail within two weeks of the screening and to the primary care physician’s office

Mammograms – Appointments Required
The purpose of screening is early diagnosis and treatment. Screening tests are usually administered to people without current symptoms, but who may be at high risk for certain diseases or conditions.
- Fee: $50
- Criteria
- Must be a female age 40 and over
- Must have seen a physician within a year
- Date of last mammogram must be at least 11 months prior
- Must never have been diagnosed with breast cancer
- Must have no prior breast surgeries or procedures performed on her breasts, with the exclusion of a cyst aspiration
- Must not be currently having any problems with her breast (ex. Lumps, discharge)
- In preparation for the screening:
- Wear two piece outfit
- Do not wear deodorant
- Results are interpreted by a radiologist and sent to the participant’s home via U.S. mail within two weeks of the screening and to the primary care physician’s office

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Screening
The purpose of screening is early diagnosis and treatment. Screening tests are usually administered to people without current symptoms, but who may be at high risk for certain diseases or conditions.

- In preparation for the screening:
- Results are best when fasting for 4 hours prior to the screening
- Wear a two piece outfit
- Results are interpreted by a radiologist and sent to the participant’s home via U.S. mail within two weeks of the screening

Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) Stroke Screening
The purpose of screening is early diagnosis and treatment. Screening tests are usually administered to people without current symptoms, but who may be at high risk for certain diseases or conditions.
- Criteria
- Risk Factors Include:
- In preparation for the screening:
- Wear a shirt with an open or loose collar
- No turtlenecks
- Results are interpreted by a radiologist and sent to the participant’s home via U.S. mail within two weeks of the screening

Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) Screening
The purpose of screening is early diagnosis and treatment. Screening tests are usually administered to people without current symptoms, but who may be at high risk for certain diseases or conditions.
- Criteria
- Risk Factors Include:
- In preparation for the screening:
- Wear short sleeve shirt or blouse
- Do not wear pantyhose
- You will need to remove your shoes and socks for the screening
- Results are interpreted by a radiologist and sent to the participant’s home via U.S. mail within two weeks of the screening
