Light Up A Life
Each year the FirstHealth Hospice Foundation hosts a tree lighting ceremony at the FirstHealth Hospice building in Pinehurst. At the ceremony, the “Trees of Life” are illuminated, with each light representing a visual remembrance of a loved one. The lights burn throughout the holiday season as a visible tribute.
The Light Up a Life program, which began in Moore County in 1992, provides us an opportunity to share remembrance of family and friends, as well as honor those who are important in our lives. Each light represents a contribution to support the mission of FirstHealth Hospice, reflecting a true symbol of holiday giving to benefit others.
Those who wish to honor and remember their loved ones are invited to join in this celebration throughout the holiday season.
For information on the Light Up a Life program or how to join in honoring of loved ones, please call (910) 695-7500 or email to foundations@firsthealth.org.
