Classification of Employment

Full-time : A full-time employee is scheduled to work at least 72 hours per pay period.

Regular Part-time: A regular part-time employee is scheduled to work an average of 40 hours or more per pay period.

Casual Part-time: A casual part-time employee is scheduled to work fewer than 40 hours per period.

Retirement Growth Plan (RGP)

FirstHealth contributes an amount equal to 2% of gross annual earnings into employee’s account. Discretionary contribution based on FirstHealth’s annual performance with Board of Directors approval. Partial vesting after 2 years. 100% vesting after 5 years.

Employee contribution immediately. FirstHealth match at the end of one calendar year of continuous service.
