The endowment of the Foundation of FirstHealth was created to support special programs and medical equipment needs that might otherwise not be funded by ever-shrinking hospital budgets. Endowment gifts are more flexible when given without restrictions, but funds given for specific programs are equally welcome.
Our goal is to build the Foundation’s endowment from it’s current level to a point where the programs and services provided in the fine facilities you are helping us build can be funded by a steady stream of interest income from the principal (or corpus) of the endowment, which is not touched.
The high level of quality health care we will be able to provide will continue to grow to meet our region’s medical needs as a direct result of our community’s philanthropic efforts. Growing a Legacy to Last a Lifetime as we Build for the Future.
