Classification of Employment

Full-time: A full-time employee is scheduled to work at least 72 hours per pay period.

Regular Part-time: A regular part-time employee is scheduled to work an average of 40 hours or more per pay period.

Casual Part-time: A casual part-time employee is scheduled to work fewer than 40 hours per period.

60% of base weekly salary beginning on the 121st day of disability, up to a maximum benefit of $15,000/month.

Retirement Growth Plan (RGP)

Employees paid for 1,000 hours in the calendar year

One year of qualifying service.

FirstHealth contributes an amount equal to 1% of gross annual earnings into employee’s account. Discretionary contribution based on FirstHealth’s annual performance with Board of Directors approval. Partial vesting after 2 years. 100% vesting after 5 years.
