Add a little PLAY to your day! Being fit can be fun. FirstHealth Community Health Services has developed a free program that will teach you how to PLAY and learn how to stay motivated. PLAY mixes physical activity like jumping rope, doing the Hula Hoop and playing catch with a Frisbee along with working out with resistance bands, some simple stretching exercises and cardiovascular activities. Plus, you get to keep the activity equipment used during each session.
There is no program fee for PLAY. Classes meet once a week for six weeks. To register, call (888) 534-5333. Please specify class location.
